Research:
I am a computational biologist and Assistant Professor at IIT Jammu, working at the intersection of genomics, multi-omics, artificial intelligence, and biomedical research. My research focuses on understanding complex diseases through integrative analysis of genomic, transcriptomic, epigenomic, single-cell, and imaging data, with particular interests in cancer, women’s health, reproductive biology, and precision medicine. We combine computational approaches with experimental and clinical collaborations to develop new biological insights, biomarkers, and translational approaches while training the next generation of interdisciplinary researchers.
